Epcot Food & Wine Festival

The 2007 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will run Sept. 28-Nov. 11 at Walt Disney World Resort. The six-week-long festival offers regional specialty foods, wines and beers from around the world.

Daily seminars and cooking demonstrations will be conducted by a lineup of renowned winemakers, chefs and other experts. More than 120 wineries will be represented, with up to 1,200 wine and beer seminars. Guest chefs include Cat Cora, Roy Yamaguchi, Suvir Saran, Keegan Gerhard, Colette Peters, Warren Brown, Gerry Garvin and Tracy Griffith.
