Ordering roadside assistance online
WEBSITE-By ordering roadside assistance online, members avoid telephone wait times during busy periods. An online request gets immediate attention from a dispatcher-any time, day or night-and it's accessible to hearing- or speech-impaired members.
- To place a request, go to www.AAA.com, click on "Roadside Assistance" and choose "Place a Request." Don't use email! Email is not monitored 24/7, but the electronic form goes directly to dispatchers. Once the form is successfully submitted, a confirmation notice will appear, giving an estimated time of arrival for the service provider.
- Online roadside assistance is available in the entire United States. Place a request on the AAA Colorado website, and it will be immediately routed to the AAA dispatch location closest to where the vehicle is disabled.
- If the city is not recognized when you enter the location of the disabled vehicle, try the names of surrounding cities or suburbs. Certain addresses are located right on a city line, or have changed their city designation in the past.
