What can AAA do for you?

For more than a century, AAA has made sure that when members need us, we're there—during good times and bad. As we head deeper into 2009, AAA Colorado knows that many of its members are concerned about financial issues, both globally and personally.

In times when everyone is looking at ways to cut costs and increase savings, AAA membership can help.

Most members know about AAA's roadside assistance services and realize that needing just one road service call per year can justify the annual cost of membership. In addition to roadside assistance, however, AAA is unparalleled in the range of savings, discounts and other benefits it offers to members.

Last year AAA members saved a total of $1.2 billion by using the discounts offered with AAA's Show Your Card & Save partners. Nationwide, that's $97.91 in savings for every AAA member—again, a savings that more than covers the cost of membership. AAA members save an average of 24% on prescription medications at more than 59,000 pharmacies nationwide.

AAA Colorado also operates one of the largest independent personal-lines insurance agencies in the state, and works with top-rated insurance companies to obtain the best combination of pricing and coverage for its members' needs.

We're the largest leisure travel agency in the nation, with a vast network of travel partners in many destinations and price ranges. These businesses-along with AAA's 60,000 Diamond-rated lodgings and restaurants, and hundreds of AAA-approved auto repair facilities—are constantly vetted to ensure that they meet high standards for quality, value and reliability.

When you add up all those benefits—plus AAA's car buying service, maps, TourBooks and other resources both online and in offices—it's obvious that AAA membership pays for itself many times over.

It's a small price to pay for peace of mind, not just on the road, but at the bank too.
