AAA's people are here for you

Since 1922, AAA Colorado has been there for motorists. We get many comments from members, thanking employees for the help they provided. In this column, I'd like to thank our members for their loyalty.

With 526,000 members in Colorado and extremely high renewal rates, it's clear that membership still has real value in today's ever-changing world. In fact, the #1 reason why people join AAA is because a friend or family member recommended it.

As the airlines say at the end of a flight, "We know you have choices." Thank you for continuing to recommend AAA to your friends as the best choice for travel, roadside assistance and insurance. I believe that choice speaks volumes about the level of service AAA membership provides.

Members can walk into any branch office to find expert advice, book a flight or cruise, or get a map, TripTik and TourBook for a summer road trip. The Show Your Card & Save program is the largest member discount program in the world. All AAA Colorado's services are available by phone and on the website, too—but no matter how you choose to interact with AAA, you can be confident in knowing the person at the other end of that telephone or computer is a skilled and dedicated professional who's there to help you.

AAA Colorado has 300 employees in 11 offices around the state. Those employees may work in travel, roadside assistance or insurance; they may work with AAA's auto repair or member discount partners, or in providing the essential support services that are vital to any company. But whatever their area of expertise, AAA employees have one thing in common: every one of them is here for you, dedicated to providing the best possible service and solutions for your needs.

Most travelers know that AAA-rated hotels and restaurants which achieve a Five Diamond rating have proven they're among a small, select group—the best of the best. AAA employees also strive to provide "five-diamond service" every time they interact with a member.

AAA Colorado's roadside assistance call center is located at the Denver office, so members know that when they call, they're talking to a local employee with direct personal knowledge of the state. That personal touch allows a level of service that nationwide or international call centers can't match.

The same goes for partners ranging from Approved Auto Repair facilities, AAA-rated hotels and restaurants, to roadside assistance drivers. These are companies whose people go the extra mile for you, and that's why AAA chooses to endorse or work with them.

The feedback AAA Colorado receives from members is overwhelmingly positive. It's often focused on the service they received from an individual employee. If you like what AAA provides, why not tell your friends? AAA Colorado will be there for them, too.
