Premier’s exclusive auto travel services

AAA Colorado’s Premier membership comes with great benefits for leisure driving trips of 100 miles or more away from home.

  • Trip interruption
    If your trip is delayed due to an accident, mechanical breakdown, car theft, unexpected illness or injury, natural disasters or severe weather, you can be reimbursed up to $1,500 for covered out-of-pocket expenses, including meals and accommodations; and/or substitute transportation to continue your trip.
  • Vehicle return
    If illness or injury cuts your trip short, AAA Colorado will reimburse you up to $500 for your vehicle’s return trip home.
  • Concierge assistance
    While traveling, let us help you with restaurant and spa recommendations and services, event tickets, flower/gift arrangements, setting golf-tee times or filling special requests.
  • 24-hour emergency travel assistance
    Premier coverage includes medical and legal referrals, emergency messages, help with lost tickets and baggage, emergency airline/hotel reservations, and money transfers.

As the leader in roadside assistance, AAA Colorado is here for you every day of the year, no matter what time you call. You can rest assured that your safety is our primary concern, and your request will be handled in the most efficient manner possible by our professional and knowledgeable Colorado-based staff.

As a AAA Colorado member (primary or associate), you are covered for up to four roadside assistance events per membership year in any eligible vehicle* you are traveling in—even if it’s not yours—as long as it can be safely reached from any normally traveled road or established thoroughfare. You may call for additional assistance as needed; however, you are responsible for the costs at time of service. Please keep in mind that roadside assistance should not be used as a substitute for proper vehicle maintenance.

For identification, safety and security purposes, AAA Colorado requests that you be with the vehicle when the service vehicle arrives. Your valid membership card and identification may be required, and benefits are non-transferable.

If AAA Colorado assistance is requested by not available, you may seek alternative service and submit your receipt for reimbursement consideration. Restrictions apply.

When you call for assistance, an attempt will be made to make your vehicle drivable using the following services. If these attempts are unsuccessful after a reasonable effort, the vehicle will be towed to a repair facility of your choosing. If an open repair facility cannot be located, AAA Colorado can assist you in obtaining lodging or alternative transportation.

Free Car Rental **** Call and AAA will arrange this free one-day car rental with Hertz
for you.

* Each member is entitled to four service events per membership year. See eligible vehicles details in the Roadside Assistance section of the Benefit Guide for information concerning the types of vehicles covered within the Basic, Plus, Plus RV/Motorcycle, Premier and Premier RV/Motorcycle membership levels.

*** Additional costs beyond this coverage will be the responsibility of the member and will be payable at time of service.
